Construction is officially underway on Weeks Road, marking a major milestone in creating a new home for our island’s food system.

Now, we’d like to celebrate with the community!
Please join us at the Lopez Food Center construction site on Thursday, September 10 at 1:45 (we will begin promptly at 2pm) as we celebrate the many people who helped make this project a reality.

The Food Center will provide space for food storage, food businesses, community gatherings, the Heart & Soul Recovery Cafe, Lopez Food Share, San Juan Islands Food Hub, and programs serving island farmers.
