Continued Design Progress

Ets Architecture continues to make progress on the Project design.

Key structural elements under consideration over the past month include: (1) potential use of manufactured trusses that will expedite the construction assembly; (2) the idea of utilizing a pre-manufactured steel structure to reduce the construction timeline; (3) opportunities for landscaping requiring minimal maintenance and strategies for the exterior spaces adjacent to the building that would support gathering of small and larger groups; and (5) including a generator (propane, w/ large underground tank) for freezers, space heating (especially in the winter) in the initial Project design.
